Helical gearmotors are the new generation of hard teethface helical gear reducer which are based on the modularized design. Due to the advantage of compact construction, great transmission torque, low noise, high mechanical efficiency, etc, it becomes a new direction for the transmission industry. Gears, the central part of gearmotor, with the material of 20CrMnTi alloy steel and the hardness of surface can reach to HRC58°~ 62°after tempering, ccementiting, quenching etc. heat treatment. All the gears are processed by accurate grinding and the precision can reach to grade 6~5. The gearmotors have been widely used in paper making, printing machinery, chemical machinery, cement agitator machinery, pharmaceutical agitator machinery, petroleum, mine machinery, metallurgy, ceramic line production machinery and stage machinery, etc.
