PP/PE Plastic Geocell Production Line
The geocell is a newly high-tensile geosynthetics. It is a kind of geo-product with alveolate and three-dimensional structure which processed the reinforced thermoplastic sheet by the ultrasonic welding machine. Its special three-dimensional structure makes it possible to be fifilled with clay, sand, concrete and other loose material, which formed a structure with strong crossrange limit and maximum stiffness, so it can effectively increase the bearing capacity and spread loads of roadbed. It is widely used in the fifields of the reinforcing of railway, strengthening roadbed, protect of fifield bank, building of earth protection wall, as it can effectively prevent collapse and flflaw of roadbed and ground caused by soil loss.
